Belasun Bibi v. Animesh Saha

Sl. 397 17.07.2025 Court No.6 BP CPAN 1515 of 2017 in WPA 17172 of 2016 Belasun Bibi -versus- Animesh Saha Mr. Sudip Saha ..for the petitioner This is an application for contempt alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 19th June, 2017 passed in WP 17172(W) of 2016. By the said order the second respondent was directed to supply the certified copy of the record of right in connection with R.S. Khatian No. 31 of mouza Murarai to the petitioner within the time limit indicated in the said order.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in the meantime the new incumbent has come in.

In view thereof, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this contempt application pending. The petitioner will be at liberty to file an appropriate application before the appropriate forum in accordance with law for the self same reliefs.

With the above observations, CPAN 1515 of 2017 stands disposed of.
