This matter appears for correction.

In the Cause Title of judgment dated 29th April, the name of the Insurance Company/respondent was erroneously mentioned as "New United India Assurance Co. Ltd. & Anr." it should be read as "New India Assurance Co. Ltd. & Anr.".

At the 4th page line 4th the turn "not" should be omitted. At the same page at the 7th line from the bottom the "DW-2" should be read as "PW-2".

At the 9th page 7th line from top the "PW-1" it should be read as "OPW-1". At the 12th line, 13th line and 14th line from the top of the said page the turn "PW-1" it should be read as "OPW-1". At the same page 7th line from bottom the "PW-1" it should be read as "OPW-2".

At the page 10th line 4th and 12th from top the turn "PW-3" it should be read as "OPW-3".

At page 11th at the second line after calculation portion at the second line after Rs.15,000/- "132" should be incorporated. At the same page 3rd line from the bottom "134" it should be read as "132".

Let the instant order shall be made a part of the order passed by this Court on 29.04.2024. The rest portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
