Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are the father-in-law and brother-in-law respectively of the deceased. It is contended wife of the deceased used to torture him and there was matrimonial discord. She was arrested and subsequently has been released on bail. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the crime we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Signed By :

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
