1. Ms. Komal Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioners submit that the writ petition has become infructuous since order of transfer has already been passed. She files a copy of the transfer order dated 6th March, 2026 issued by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education which is taken on record. She seeks for appropriate orders.

2. In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 29251 of stands dismissed being infructuous.

3. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

4. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
