It transpires from the said report that the opposite party i.e. Chhaya Das has expired on 26.10.2022. As per report of the Officer-inCharge of Sarsuna PS, Kolkata-61 by communication dated 20.02.2023 supported by a copy of the death certificate. In above premise the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant criminal revisional application is disposed of.
