However, on perusal of records it appears that vide a order dated 18th April, 2016 Hon'ble Justice I.P. Mukerji disposed of the writ petition being WPA 28608 of 2015. Department is directed to treat this writ petition as disposed of and not to show the same as pending in the system.

However, one contempt application being CPAN 59 of 2017 is pending on record.

Let this contempt application be placed before the Hon'ble Justice I.P. Mukerji.
