The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of the order dated 28th March, 2025.

The communicating letter dated 21st April, 2025 by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Oil Company mentioning that no such authority as the Executive Director, (Sales) West Bengal State Office exists has been produced before this Court.

In the said letter a request has been made to the petitioner to rectify the order with a direction upon the respondent no.4 for considering the complaint of the petitioner.

In view of such information supplied to the petitioner, paragraph 5 of the order dated 28th March, 2025 is required to be corrected.

In place of the respondent no. 3, the respondent no. 4 being the Head of Divisional Office, Durgapur Divisional Office herein shall take steps to act in compliance of the direction passed by the Court on 28th March, 2025.

The order dated 28th March, 2025 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

Let this order be read along with the order dated 28th March, 2025.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
