The subject matter of challenge in this revisional application is the order dated 29.06.2010 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 9th Fast Track Court, Alipore in Criminal Motion No. 512 of 2009. The said revisional application was filed challenging the orders dated 17.09.2009 and 19.09.2009 of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 8th Court, Alipore in Misc. Case No. 806 of 2006. Having regard to the subject matter of this revisional application which arises out of a matrimonial discord, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3617 of 2010 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
