Learned advocate for the CBI submits that as per the report RC 04, 05, 06, 08 and 09 all relating to the year 2009 has ended in conviction on April 5, 2018.

Perused the report.

CRR 3172 of 2014 relates to Special Case No.12 of 2010 arising out of RC No.0102009A0009. As per the report submitted before the Court this day, it is found that the trial of the case has ended in conviction.

In view of the above, the present CRR 3172 of 2014 becomes infructuous and stands dismissed.
