The revisional application was entertained on a challenge by the husband with regard to the quantum of maintenance. A stay of the matrimonial suit was granted provided the husband continued to pay litigation cost of Rs.10,000/- and monthly maintenance of Rs.5,000/- along with the said payment, further payment of Rs.20,000/- as ad hoc maintenance was allowed.

The husband submits that parties are in the process of filing an application for divorce on mutual consent. It appears that the order of this Court has not been complied with in view of such talks.

Thus, the revisional application is dismissed. The interim order is vacated.

Dismissal of this revisional application shall not act as an impediment for the talks which are already going on. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
