So far as the review application is concerned, Mr. Bari appears for the review applicant. Mr. Roy, learned senior advocate appears for the opposite party /writ petitioner here. Both of them have substantially concluded their respective submissions. Mr. Roy, learned senior counsel has submitted that after investigation in the original case, the petitioner has not been sent up for trial in the same and has been discharged.

In the subsequent writ petition, that is, WPA 7620 of 2025, the writ petitioner has been represented by Mr. Roy, learned senior advocate.

The writ petitioner has challenged an order of the Chairperson, WBCPCR dated March 17, 2025, in the instant case.

Mr.

Chattopadhyay, learned advocate is appearing in this case, for the State respondent. He is, however, not instructed as yet.

He seeks accommodation so that he can file a report. Let a report in connection with WPA 7620 of 2025, be filed on 17th June, 2025.

Let the further operation of the order of Chairperson, WBCPCR dated March 17, 2025, be stayed till 30th June, 2025, or disposal of this writ petition, whichever is earlier in respect of the petitioner in WPA 7620 of 2025.
