1. It transpires from the report of the Registrar Administration (L&OM) dated April 11, 2025 that the amendments/corrections/removal of defects as directed by the Division Bench order dated February 24, 2025 have not yet been carried out.

2. We find from the order of the Division Bench dated February 24, 2025 that it was recorded that if the defects, as pointed out by the Assistant Registrar (S.R. Section), are not removed within two weeks from that date, the appeal shall stand dismissed.

3. Thus, in view of non-compliance of the order, there is no further scope for extension of time for carrying out the rectifications. In any event, none appears for the appellants to make any such prayer for extension either.

4. Accordingly, FAT 448 of 2010 is dismissed without, however, any order as to costs, for non-compliance of the court's order dated February 24, 2025.

5. Connected application(s), if any pending, stand(s) dismissed accordingly as well.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
