Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife alleged that the petitioner i.e. her brother-in-law had raped her. In view of the nature of allegation and materials implicating the petitioner in the crime we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
