Ed. College appears to have been addressed by the university by issuing a notification dated December 29, 2023.

It appears that though the College published an advertisement in the year 2022 to recruit some teaching staff, the recruitment procedure was not concluded. The College is directed to publish a fresh advertisement for recruitment of its faculty members by 12th January, 2024. The College shall mention the date of interview in the advertisement as 19th January, 2024. Immediately after publication of the advertisement, the

college shall intimate the date of interview to the university. The university shall take necessary steps for recruitment of the faculty members. After selection procedure is complete, the College will be at liberty to submit all the necessary documents in terms of the notification dated December 29, 2023 before the University. Upon consideration of the said documents submitted by the College the University shall immediately take a decision with regard to the renewal of the affiliation to the college.

Accordingly, WPA 28203 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
