1. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 11 December, 2025.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding filing a representation insofar as installation of an 11,000 volt high tension electricity line, WBSEDCL has taken no steps to consider the representation.

3. On behalf of WBSEDCL, it is submitted that they have no objection in disposal of the representation.

4. In view of the above, WPA/29315/2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to

consider and dispose of the representation after hearing all affected parties and passing a reasoned order.

5. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided in accordance with law. The above exercise is to be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
