State has submitted a report. The report reflects that Goghat P.S. Case no. 464 of 2024 dated 08.10.2024 was registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation police authorities have submitted chargesheet on or about 31.10.2024 before the jurisdictional Court.

In view of the purpose for which petitioner approached this Court having been sub-served and the police authorities have already submitted charge-sheet, I direct that in case the petitioner is aggrieved, she would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court with

further prayer. On the other hand, learned Magistrate/ Trial Court who is inseisin of the matter would proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA No.29744 of 2024 is disposed of.
