...... petitioners Mr. Arindam Jana, Mr. Sumanta Das, Mr. Partha Pratim Sinha ....for the petitioners Mr. Imran Ali, Mr. Arif Ekbal Molla ....for the State Materials in the Case Diary suggest that, petitioners are involved in a racket whereby, members of the public are made to part with money on the promise of government job. Some of the petitioners before us are employees of the Article 12 authority.

Complicity of all petitioners appears from the materials in the Case Diary.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5590 of 2023 is disposed of.
