1. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that there were some mistakes committed by the petitioner in filing the writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition.

2. If the petitioner was really a genuine and serious public interest litigant, he should have taken utmost care and to place the correct facts in the writ petition.

3. Therefore, it is a very good ground for dismissing the writ petition with exemplary cost.

4. However, since the learned advocate, Mr. Jha requests that the petitioner may permit to withdraw the writ petition, we are refraining from imposing cost and permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out his remedies in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the matter stands dismissed as withdrawn.
