Today when the writ petition has been called, none represents the petitioner.

No accommodation is sought for on behalf of petitioner.

State has submitted a report which reflects that case and counter-case have been registered. The issues are pending before the learned jurisdictional court. Having regard to the fact that the police authorities at the relevant point of time have taken appropriate steps, I am not inclined to interfere with the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petitioner being WPA 29489 of 2024 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
