Petitioner alleges that she is carrying out renovation of a shop room, which is being interfered with by the administration.

I do not find any complaint being addressed to any authorities but only certain information sought for under the RTI Act.

Having considered that petitioner till date has not informed her grievance, I direct that in case petitioner is carrying on her renovation work at the shop premises at 119 R. B. Avenue, Kolkata 700029 and is in possession of all the documents of the said shop in that case police authorities would ensure that there is no interference from any corner regarding the renovation.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the records.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

With the above observations, WPA 28274 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
