The petitioner has already approached the Executive Magistrate in MP Case No.4299 of 2024. A direction was passed on 03.12.2024.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos.6 to 8 submits that a civil suit is already pending.

State submitted report which reflects Joynagar Police Station Case No.994 dated 15.12.2024 has been registered for investigation.

In view of the fact that police case having been registered with the Joynagar police station, prima facie, the purpose for which the writ petition has been filed is subserved.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 29492 of 2024 is disposed of.

The report submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

All the parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of the order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
