We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the victim lady. It is alleged he has been falsely implicated due to matrimonial discord. Statement of the victim is bereft of material particulars with regard to date and time of occurrence. Possibility of falsely implication cannot be ruled out.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Ganesh Haldar be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. He shall appear Signed By :

before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
