1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioners' grievance is that an application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002, has not been disposed of within the statutorily mandated period of thirty days.

3. The application was filed on 27.01.2025.

4. Since there is a statutory mandate to dispose of such application within a period of thirty days and the said time has long lapsed, I direct the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the application filed under the SARFAESI Act by 15.01.2026.

5. With the directions as afore-stated, WPA 29263 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.

6. Photostat Certified Copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for, on urgent basis.
