Petitioner being complainant has approached this court for expediting the process relating to Bhatar P. S. Case No. 273 of 2022 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 3585 of 2022. Last of the ordersheets which have been enclosed being 28-03-2023 reflects that copies are ready but the accused persons do not seem to be handed over with the said copies.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct that the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd court, Purba Bardhaman would in connection with the instant case on and from the next date fix one date in every sixty days. If till date copies have not been handed over to the accused persons the same be handed over at the earliest and charge be framed within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. Thereafter, if the learned Magistrate is of the opinion that the trial of the case is required to be conducted in such circumstances learned Magistrate would fix one date in every two moths so that the trial of the case can be taken to its

logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. The Public Prosecutor appearing in the case would produce the materials, documents and exhibits on the dates fixed for examination of the witnesses concerned.

It is directed that the trial of the case would continue in spite of the resolution of the local bar and the learned participating/representing advocate will not stall the proceedings because of any such resolution.

All efforts be taken by the stake-holders to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 4838 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
