Petitioner approached this court at a stage when he was aggrieved that in spite of Ramnagar Police Station Case No. 256 of 2023 having been registered, but there has been no progress in the case.

Today a report has been submitted by Mr.

Sengupta, learned Senior Government Advocate that charge sheet has been submitted in connection with the said case on 29.05.2023.

I have perused the charge sheet wherein the Investigating Officer has implicated one of the accused namely Biswajit Giri for facing trial in open court of law.

Having considered that the police authorities have submitted the charge sheet, the principle

grievance of the petitioner for the purpose of filing the present writ petition has been addressed.

Accordingly, WPA 28242 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be returned to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
