The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This Court is informed that the case is pending since 2012 and one witness is left to be examined.

In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions the instant revisional application being CRR No. 5238 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
