The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter.

Since the matter is pending since 2013, the learned Trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 5239 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
