Khan Ms. Puspita Saha ..for the State Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that other than the statement of the co-accused which is inadmissible in evidence, there is no other incriminating material available in the case diary.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner is involved in the making fake currency notes. Most of the transactions take place in cash. However, still there is a money trail between the petitioner and the principal accused. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
