1. From the order dated 31.07.2024, it is apparent that there has been no representation on behalf of the appellant on the last two dates (i.e.

30.07.2024 and 31.07.2024). When the matter is called today (i.e. 07.08.2024) again there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

2. We are, therefore, of the prima facie view that the appellant has lost interest in the present appeal.
