1. The petitioners pray for bail claiming parity with the accused/ petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1565 of 2025 vide order dated 05.12.2025, wherein the petitioner was granted bail.

2. Considering the order passed by the learned Coordinate Bench, and the fact that the petitioners stand on the same footing, petitioners herein be also granted bail.

3. Accordingly, the application of bail is, thus, allowed.

4. I direct the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be a local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court (Special Court under NDPS Act), Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on

each and every date fixed by the learned Trial Court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of Uttar Dinajpur without the prior permission of the learned Special Court.

5. In the event, the petitioner fails to comply with any of the conditions as stated above, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

6. Thus, the application for bail being C.R.M. (NDPS) 1703 of 2025 stands disposed of.
