1. The petitioner filed the writ petition when he was in service. He challenged the action of the bank in freezing the bank account of the college.

2. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that, after the petitioner has retired from service, a teacher-in-charge has been appointed.

3. It appears that, as on date, the petitioner does not have any reason to be aggrieved since he has retired from service and he will not be concerned with any activity of the college.

4. In view of the above, no order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

5. The writ petition stands dismissed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
