Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. There is dispute amongst the parties. A number of cases are pending between them. Incident occurred due to the prevailing dispute. Injuries though grievous are not life threatening. Under such circumstances we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is not necessary and anticipatory bail may be granted to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall Signed By :

appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
