Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

It appears that the original application was filed in the year 2015 and thereafter, the parties were directed to exchange their reply and rejoinder. After seeking extension of time to file the reply, the same was ultimately filed on 30th October, 2019 and the petitioners thereafter filed the rejoinder on 25th August, 2021. After such completion of pleadings, the matter has been fixed for further consideration on 13th February, 2024. As the original application is pending since the year 2015 and since the parties have exchanged their reply and rejoinder, it is expected that the learned Tribunal shall dispose of the original application finally within a period of six months from date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The application being WPLRT 134 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.
