It is submitted on behalf of the respondent WBSEDCL that they have no objection if the representation dated 01.11.2023 is considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 28255 of 2023 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to appoint the representative or a delegate to consider the representation dated 01.11.2023 and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks form the dated of the receipt of this order.

It is made clear that there has been no expression of the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided in accordance with law.

Since no affidavits have been filed, the allegations contained in the writ petition are not admitted.
