A copy of the report prepared by Joint Commissioner of Police (HQ), Kolkata Police be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Let the said report be kept with the record. There has been compliance of the order earlier passed which is not to the satisfaction of the applicant. Having regard to the limited scope for interference in a contempt petition, I am of the view that since the order has been complied with by the concerned authorities, no further interference is required. Accordingly, the contempt application being CPAN 113 of 2025 is disposed of.

Petitioner prays for liberty to file representation afresh in case situation so demands.

In case further representation with specific incident is pointed out to the police authorities, police authorities would independently act on the

representation of the petitioner and check the veracity of its contents.
