The name of Mr. Arka Kumar Nag, learned advocate for the respondent nos.2 to 6, due to typographical error, has not gone down in the appearance portion of the order dated December 22, 2025; therefore, the said order requires correction. Let the name of the aforesaid learned advocate be recorded in the said order as learned advocate for the said respondent nos. 2 to 6. Other portion(s) of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the said order in the manner as indicated above, similar correction be also carried out in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, on production of the same.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there are some technical defects in the writ petition; he therefore prays leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Leave as prayed for is granted.

WPA 28989 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs. It is made clear that this order will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action seeking all reliefs which he is entitled to under the law.
