Challan evidencing payment of deficit Court fees along with affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners be kept with the record.

The petitioners are Assistant Teachers of different Primary Schools under Paschim Medinipur District Primary School Council.

The petitioners are claiming that they have completed their D.El.Ed course through NOIS in O.D.L mode during the Academic Year 20172019 as in service candidates, they are praying 'A' category scale of pay from the date of publication of the result of the said course.

The representation of the petitioners to the said effect is pending consideration before the Chairman of the Council, the respondent no. 5 herein.

The said respondent is directed to consider the said representations in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

W.P.A. 29624 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
