Mr. Khairul Alam ...for the petitioner Mr. Santanu Kumar Mitra Mr. Subhabrata Das ...for the State The writ petition was filed seeking appropriate relief in ssi Ct. 17 respect of steps to be taken to apprehend the private respondent who was evading warrant of arrest. It appears that despite several orders passed by this Court, the police authorities could not execute a warrant of arrest issued against the warrantee. However, from the report dated 17.03.2025 filed by the Commissioner of Police, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate, it appears that the warrantee has finally been arrested in pursuance of the warrant of arrest on 16.02.2025.

In view of the above, no further order need be passed in this regard.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate relief in respect of other connected issues before appropriate forum.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without

any further order, even as to costs.
