Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is similarly situated as other accused persons who have been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1404 of 2025 and CRM (NDPS) 1750 of 2025.

Learned advocate for the State has placed the case diary and relied upon the charge sheet.

I have taken into account and I am of the opinion petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused persons who have been granted bail.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Petitioner, namely, Sarojit Majumder shall furnish bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each. One of whom must be local to the satisfaction of Learned Special Judge (under NDPS Act) cum Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas. If on bail petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned Trial Court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of District of North 24 Parganas without the prior permission of the learned Special Court. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1709 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
