From the report it appears that the Corporation has found that the unauthorised change of use area has been restored back to residential use.

I am of the view that the order dated July 30, 2024, has been complied with by the Corporation. Accordingly, CPAN 1954 of 2024 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
