1. Petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated. Co-accused Md. Nurul Mortoja has been enlarged on bail. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State submits petitioner is the mercenary who committed murder.

3. We have considered the material on record. CCTV footage and other material collected during investigation establish presence of the petitioner at the place of occurrence. Keeping in mind his role in the crime and gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
