Kakali Manna and others Mr. Ayan Bhattacharjee Mr. Sharequl Haque ...for the petitioner This is an application for cancellation of bail of the opposite party Nos.1 and 2 granted by the learned Sessions Judge, Howrah on 8th November, 2016. After filing the instant application the petitioner has not taken any positive step to get the matter heard. The opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 are enjoying the liberty of bail for the last six years.

At this stage, I am not inclined to cancel the order of bail granted by the learned Sessions Judge, Howrah in Criminal Miscellaneous Case No.1946 of 2016.

However, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the criminal case instituted against the opposite party

Nos. 1 and 2 expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order. The application is, thus, disposed of.
