The orders dated December 10, 2025 and December 18, 2025, passed in Matrimonial Suit No.1007 of 2019, by the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Alipore are under challenge. 2.

The petitioner is the father. He submits that, visiting the child at the DLSA/Court complex or at the house of the respondent is not feasible. The parties are contesting the matrimonial suit and as such, visiting the child at the wife's house may be uncomfortable. He also submits that the court complex is not a congenial place for a child to meet the father. The whole idea of meeting the child is to create a bond. Such bond cannot be established

unless the meeting takes place in a neutral and happy environment.

Under such circumstances, the orders impugned before this Court are set aside. The opposite party/mother, will accompany the child to Lake Mall on December 31, 2025. It is the child's birthday. The father will spend time with the child between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The child shall be entertained with games, be treated to lunch and also enjoy shopping. The father will be at liberty to buy gifts for the child. Similar visit will also take place on January 17, 2026, between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. at the same location.

It is made clear that, the mother must be punctual in complying with the order of this court. The learned Advocates for the parties shall coordinate the meeting.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
