1. In the order dated 14.08.2023, CRAN 2 of 2018 (Old No: CRAN 2533 of 2018) is printed wrongly in the cause title. There is no such CRAN application pending in this revisional application.

2. Department is directed to delete CRAN 2 of 2018 (Old No: CRAN 2533 of 2018) from the cause title.

3. Other portion of the order dated 14.08.2023 shall remain unaltered.

4. Pursuant to the order passed in CRR 1182 of 2016 on 04.09.2023, department submitted a report regarding this revisional application being CRAN 3952 of 2016. From that report kept in CRR 1182 of 2016, it appears that the complaint Case No. C/7836 of 2012 in connection with the instant revisional application being CRR 3952 of 2016 already disposed of on 17th May, 2023 as withdrawn.

5. Thus being the position, the instant revisional application being CRR 3952 of 2016 stands disposed of being infractuous.

6. Accordingly, all connected application also stands disposed of.
