2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the specific order of this court, the due payments of the petitioner have not been made by the alleged contemnors.

3. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors takes a fair stand and hands over a copy of an instruction given by his clients indicating that the order of this court shall be complied with within fifteen days.

4. For abundant caution, learned counsel for the alleged contemnors seeks a further week and requests the court to post the matter after three weeks for the order to be complied with in the meantime.

5. In view of such specific assurance, let the matter stand adjourned till September 27, 2024, when it will be listed under the same heading.
