Learned advocate also submits that there was social engagement between the petitioner and the victim.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary.

However, I do not find any material appearing in the case diary.

Additionally, it is submitted that the examination of mother of the victim and the victim is still left. If, after the evidence of the mother of the victim and the victim, the petitioner renews his prayer for bail before

the learned trial court, in that case, the trial court would leniently consider petitioner's bail application. Since, materials are appearing in the case diary, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 91 of 2026 is dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
