Mr. Arijit Ganguly .. .for the State Learned Advocate for the petitioner Mr. Ayan Bhattacharjee submits that the dispute between the parties has already been settled, as the complaint has already go back money, stated to have been cheated.

Learned Public Prosecutor representing State draws attention of the Court to a document about the liquidation of money, alleged to have been cheated.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly led by S.G. Mukherji, learned Public Prosecutor representing the opposite party no. 2 submits that the matter may be disposed of in terms of the CRAN No. 4/2020 stating amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties for the liquidation of the entire money payable to complainant by the accused opposite party.

When the matter has already been settled between the parties with liquidation of the entire money, stated to have been cheated,

the Court should not stand in the day keeping in view the commercial relationship between the parties.

The offence registered in North Bidhannagar Police Station Case No. 147 dated June 10, 2015 under Sections 420/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas stands compounded.

The pending impugned proceedings is also quashed in terms of the compromise already effected between the parties. CRR No. 3966 of 2016 and along with application being CRAN No. 4/2020 stands disposed of.
