Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the earlier direction dated 16.12.2024 the minor victim girl has been recovered and her statement also has been recorded under section 183 BNSS. However, the accused is still absconding and to that effect the investigating agency are still exhausting their efforts.

So far as the purpose for which the Missing Persons Bureau, CID, West Bengal was entrusted by order dated 16.12.2024 is concerned, the same is hereby recalled.

However, the Investigating Officer of Nandigram PS Case No.

of dated 24.11.2024 will proceed with the investigation of the case and take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 29550 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
