The petitioner had applied for transfer in the year 2022 on the online portal (UTSASHREE) which is presently unavailable as it has been suspended since September, 2022. The said application has not been considered by the authorities.

The school authority is directed to take necessary steps including the medical verification to dispose of the application and, if found eligible, will forward the same to the concerned DI by June 30, 2026.

The suspension of the UTSASHREE portal will not be an impediment for the school or the authorities to consider the application of the petitioner in an offline mode.

With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the petitioner upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
