And In Re : Akash @ Bhudeb Singha & Ors.

...... petitioners Mr. Abhinaba Dan Ms. Ankita Mukherjee ...for the petitioners Ms. Sonali Das ...for the State Police complaint was lodged within six months of marriage.

There are injury reports of the defacto complainantn available in the case diary.

The defacto-complainant implicates all the petitioners before us in the incident of assault as well as demand for dowry.

Role of the petitioners require investigation. Enlarging any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application being CRM (A) 5624 of 2023 is rejected as not maintainable.
